Online Sale of Merchandise Terms and Conditions


When you place an order on our website, you will view an order confirmation page and receive an order confirmation email from Bahrain International Circuit. This page and email confirm receipt of your order and its details; they do not form a contract to a sale at this point. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product/products, which is accepted by us at the point when we debit your card and dispatch the goods to you.


When you place an order on our website please make sure that your Account address is the address your credit/debit card is registered to. Your card authorisation process is checked against your Account address and if it is not correct your card will be declined, and your order delayed until we receive the correct details from you. Please note, that due to security reasons, if you are a new customer placing your first order on our site, it must be despatched to your credit card billing address (the address assigned to your credit card used for payment).


We reserve the right to alter prices at any time without prior notice. Prices charged will be as quoted when the order is received and accepted. When an order is received and the price has altered upwards, you will be contacted and invited to consider the new price.

When the price has altered downwards, we will process the order at the new lower price and refund the difference to you.

Prices are exclusive of any applicable VAT, which you will be responsible for paying.


We aim to despatch 'in-stock' products within 48 hours (Sunday to Thursday) subject to payment clearance. We will notify you by email if there is going to be a delay.

Worldwide delivery can take up to 14 days after being despatched and are subject to customs clearance.

Most packages will require a signature on delivery, so please give us a delivery address where someone will be in to sign for the parcel (work, neighbour, friend etc). All deliveries will be made Sunday to Thursday 9.00am to 3.00pm.


When ordering mail-order goods from Bahrain International Circuit for delivery overseas, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your Country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be. Customs policies vary widely from Country to Country, and you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from Bahrain International Circuit, you are considered the importer and must comply with all law and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods


The cost of postage and packing for items ordered is displayed automatically in your basket during the order process.


We accept most major credit and we only process payment when an order is ready to be despatched. Please note, if you are paying with credit cards, we will obtain an initial authorisation code on receipt of your order if the item you ordered is not in stock.

We have taken as much care as possible to describe and portray items accurately. Slight variations in actual goods or colour may occur. We reserve the right to inform the customer of any incorrect information before payment is taken.

Bahrain International Circuit will not be liable for any failure to perform any of its obligations if the delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond our control. Without prejudice to the above the following shall be regarded as beyond our control:

a)    Act of God, explosion, flood, tempest, fire or accident

b)    War or threat of war, sabotage, insurrection, civil disturbance or requisition.

c)     Acts, restrictions, regulations, by laws, prohibitions, or measure of any kind on the part of any government, parliamentary or local authority.

d)    Import or export regulations or embargoes.

e)    Strikes or other industrial action or trade disputes (whether involving the employees of the Bahrain International Circuit Company or a third party).

f)      Difficulties in obtaining raw materials, labour, fuel, parts or machinery

g)    Power failure or breakdown in machinery.


Any business transacted by Bahrain International Circuit is governed solely by the Kingdom of Bahrain law.


Please follow the instructions below should you require returning your item in order to be exchanged.

Please email  or simply call (973) 17451649. This must be done within 3 days of receipt of goods.

For goods returned from outside the Kingdom of Bahrain the following must be written legibly on both the packaging and customs declaration: “Mail Order Goods Returned for Exchange”

Please make sure the item is returned protected during transit with outer packaging similar to that with which it was sent. All items being returned must reach us in a re-saleable condition which includes their immediate outer packaging and any tags, labels still attached.

We recommend that you request a 'Proof of Posting' from your Post Office. Please retain this certificate until you have received your replacement item. If you are unable to provide this certificate, we will be unable to process a replacement if we do not receive the faulty item. We cannot be held responsible for returned goods until they reach us. Postage costs are not refundable.

Exchange for Different Product / Size

If you are living outside of the Kingdom of Bahrain and wish to exchange an item for a different size or an alternative product, please note that we make a charge for repacking and administrative costs based on the shipping costs.

Damaged Item

If your goods have arrived with a manufacturing defect, or are inherently faulty, please return the goods to us within 3 days of receipt where we will be happy to process an exchange, at no additional cost.

Damaged in Transit

If you suspect that your goods have been damaged whilst in transit, we will ask you to report this within 3 days of receipt so that a claim may be made against our couriers. You can report this damage by calling our Merchandise Sales Department on (973) 17451649 or e-mail us direct at We would then ask that the goods be returned to us within 14 days of receipt where we will be happy to process an exchange.

Incorrect Item

If the item we have sent you is incorrect or different to that stated on your invoice, please return the item to us within 3 days where we will be happy to process an exchange.

Processing Time

Returns may take up to 10 days to be processed after arriving with us. When your return has been processed for an exchange, we will inform you by e-mail.

If a replacement item is out of stock, then we will advise you by email.
